Loaderly belongs to VOIDKSA
The original Loaderly software, branding and protected assets are owned by VOIDKSA. Using the application gives you permission to use it under these terms, not ownership of the software or permission to sell it.
Permission to use
You may install and run the official, unmodified application free of charge for personal or business use, and keep reasonable backup copies. You may create, edit and export your own content, including commercial content. VOIDKSA claims no ownership of your inputs or outputs through these terms. You remain responsible for rights in the content you use.
Rights reserved
No right to reuse the protected application source or assets is granted. Except where a component license, written authorization or applicable law permits it, you may not redistribute, sell, rebrand, modify or incorporate the protected material into another product; remove ownership notices; or reverse engineer it. Automated reproduction and use of protected material to train or fine-tune AI models are also restricted, except for owner-authorized maintenance and development.
Links and distribution
Linking to official download pages is allowed. Redistribution by a store or distributor requires authorization from the copyright holder. These terms do not claim rights in general ideas, independently developed work or third-party material, and do not restrict non-waivable statutory exceptions.
Breach, warranty and liability
Permission ends for a material breach to the extent allowed by law. Available legal remedies may be sought; these terms create no automatic fine or guaranteed penalty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, protected material is provided as is, without warranties or liability for loss arising from its use. Mandatory protections and non-excludable liabilities remain unaffected.
Development and pricing
VOIDKSA retains the right to develop, change and commercially distribute Loaderly, including offering paid versions, features or services. Any paid offering will state its price and applicable terms before purchase. This does not transfer ownership of your own media to VOIDKSA.
Included components
Separately licensed components remain subject to the notices included with the application. For permission to distribute or use protected Loaderly material beyond these terms, contact VOIDKSA through the contact form.
