A download failed

Check the source link and Tools versions. Some sites need authentication or restrict availability. Retry after a temporary limit clears. Subtitle limits may allow video download while captions are skipped.

Preview or export differs

Wait for compatible preview preparation if the source codec is unsupported. Check the actual export for fonts, captions and tracking. Separate overlapping zoom and speed effects, and use one output canvas size.

Check your connection, then Refresh in Community library. If sign-in has expired, sign in again. Never paste a GitHub access token or password into a design field. A draft save failure keeps local edits: download the code before switching drafts.

If your changes conflict with another device, reload account drafts and compare versions rather than repeatedly pressing Publish.
