Adjust colors and compare the same frame
- Open a video in the editor, then Editing workspace > Video picture > Adjust colors.
- Start with Original, Brighter, Warm or Black & white. Open Advanced settings for brightness, contrast, saturation and warmth.
- Choose Apply color to selected range only when appropriate. Compare the original and processed frame, then review playback and a rendered output preview.
Add a logo or animated text
- Open Images & animated text under Video picture. Add an image or an Animated text layer. A transparent image is useful for a logo.
- Expand Position, timing & motion points to set its start and end, position, size and visibility. Use Send backward or Bring forward to arrange overlapping layers. Lock a finished layer to avoid accidental changes.
- Move the playhead and add a motion point. Change position, size or opacity at later times to create movement. Review the motion points and rendered preview before exporting.
Include referenced images when saving a portable project for another device. Editing templates share reusable settings, but do not bundle local media or private paths.
Freeze a frame or reverse playback
- Open Reverse & freeze. Enable Hold a still frame, then choose its time and hold duration.
- For reverse, select the intended output range, enable reverse playback and choose whether the sound is reversed too.
- Render a preview with your other edits, then export. Reverse supports a range of up to two minutes.
Mark useful moments and review silence
- In Clips, open Timeline markers and add a named marker at the current playhead. Click its time to return to that moment.
- Open Find and cut silence. Analyze the source, then tune the threshold, minimum silence length and padding.
- Listen to the suggested pauses, select only those you want removed and apply the cuts. Zoom into the source waveform for closer inspection.
Quiet speech can be mistaken for silence. Detection suggests edits. Review them before applying.
