Review and export

Read translated cues before publishing. Cancel stops pending work; failures keep the original text. Video export burns visible captions into the image and retimes them around cuts and speed changes.

Review timing and readability

Select a cue and play slightly before it begins. Check that it appears when the words begin and clears before the next unrelated line. Keep lines short enough to read in the available time.

After cuts and speed changes, preview the affected cues again and inspect a short export. Burned-in captions become part of the video image and cannot be turned off by the recipient.

Translate a small sample first

Configure the provider and model in Preferences, then translate a short subtitle file to confirm the connection and output language. Review names, punctuation and informal expressions.

If the service rejects the request, check its model name, key and usage limits. Cancel stops remaining work; Restore original brings back the source wording.
