From video to audio

Select a video in Library and choose Extract and edit audio, or use Extract audio in the editor header. Loaderly writes a separate MP3 to Music/Loaderly and opens it for editing.

A video without an audio stream cannot be converted.

Level and fades

Open Audio in the tool rail. Volume adjusts gain from -60 to +12 dB; Mute silences it. Fade in gradually raises the beginning and Fade out lowers the ending. Preview the selected range before saving.

Tone and channels

Bass shapes low frequencies; Treble shapes high frequencies. Mix stereo to mono combines the channels. Large boosts may clip, so reduce Volume if needed. Reset affects only the sound section you have open; adjustments in the other sections stay in place.

Repeat while listening

Enable Repeat playback next to Play or in the Audio panel. Playback repeats the kept range and skips cut-out sections. Turn it off to stop at the end. This is a listening control; it does not add repetitions to your exported file.

A visual that follows playback

The spectrum uses the actual decoded audio, including the preview gain and tone settings. It moves during playback and settles when paused or muted. Open AudioVisualizer to change its shape, colors and labels, or open Clean view for screen recording.

See Customize the visualizer in this Audio guide.

Cut, speed and save

Audio keeps the same keep-range, Cut out and Speed tools. Save audio exports an MP3; Copy audio copies the rendered file through the clipboard. Exported audio includes your audio controls.

Control reference

Volume ranges from −60 to +12 dB; positive gain can make already loud recordings distort. Fade in and Fade out range from 0 to 10 seconds and follow the edited output. Bass and Treble range from −12 to +12 dB.

Mix stereo to mono combines channels; Mute audio silences the soundtrack. Reset restores the defaults for the open sound section only. Your adjustments in other sections stay in place.

Compare the original and adjusted sound at similar loudness.

Capture a sound preset

Open an audio or video in the editor and adjust Audio: volume, fades, bass, treble, mono and Echo & reverb. Expand Sound presets · share & import. Copy preset produces a portable code; Download saves Loaderly.sound.json.

Include speed & pitch mode adds the selected speed region’s rate and sound mode, without its timeline position.

Import and choose the scope

Paste a complete code or Import file, then review it before Apply preset. Audio settings replace the current clip’s audio settings. Speed is optional and changes only the selected, unlocked speed region.

If none is selected, add or select a Speed region first. Existing timing, cuts and other speed regions remain unchanged. Undo restores the previous settings.

Change the sound for one section

Whole track controls the base sound. Add sound section creates a short interval at the playhead; set its start and end and adjust volume, bass, treble, mono or echo and reverb.

Outside the interval, the base sound returns. Sections cannot overlap. Global fade-in and fade-out remain on the whole track. Use Undo and Redo to compare changes. Section times refer to the source and are adjusted for cuts and speed changes during export.

Choose and move sound sections

The sound scope menu lists Whole track and each section with its start and end time. Select a section to seek to its start and edit its sound. The menu replaces the horizontally scrolling section chips.

Move and resize sound sections directly in the timeline; neighboring sections bound the drag so that sections do not overlap.
