Choose your method

Open DownloadsQuick downloads, then choose how you want to download. You can find the same settings in PreferencesDownloads.

  • Floating button: copy the link, click the button outside Loaderly, then choose video or audio.
  • Automatic: copying a new link starts the download immediately. Enable this only if you want that behavior.
  • Shortcuts: copy the link and press the shortcut for video or audio.

Copy, click, choose

  1. In Floating button, enable the floating download button. Minimize or hide every Loaderly window. Leave the app running.
  2. In any browser, copy the complete video URL from the address bar or the link’s copy action.
  3. Click the floating button. Review the displayed link, choose Original audio, Vocals only or Instrumental, then Download video or Download audio.
  4. Use Show downloads to return to the queue and inspect progress. A YouTube playlist still asks which videos to include.

This reads the link you copied, not the page or its video player. Browser buttons and extensions are not required. The visible reviewed link is used even if you copy something else before choosing Download.

Resize, move, hide and restore

  1. Drag the grip to move the button. Right-click it or open its options to choose a small icon or a labeled button.
  2. Choose Hide when you do not need it. Restore it in Quick downloads or from Loaderly’s tray menu.
  3. By default, CtrlShiftF8 shows or hides it without opening the main window. Esc collapses the expanded panel.

The button appears outside Loaderly. Minimize or hide all Loaderly windows and leave the app running. To restore a hidden button, open the Loaderly icon beside the clock and choose Show floating button. On systems without that menu, enable it again in Quick downloads. Some desktops may limit moving it or keeping it above other windows.

Download automatically on copy

  1. Choose Automatic, set Video or Audio and the Without music choice, then enable Download when I copy a link.
  2. Copy a new complete web link. Loaderly uses your saved quality and save locations.
  3. Turn the switch off to stop automatic capture. You can keep the floating button enabled separately.

Loaderly must remain running. Capture ignores the text already on the clipboard when enabled, skips repeated links and does not save other clipboard text. Not every URL contains downloadable media. Source access restrictions still apply.

Use keys instead of the mouse

  1. Global shortcuts are enabled by default. Copy the link first. Open Shortcuts to change a key or check its status.
  2. Press CtrlShiftF6 for video or CtrlShiftF7 for audio. Press CtrlShiftF8 to toggle the floating button.
  3. The keys shown here match your device. Some keyboards also need Fn. If a shortcut is unavailable, check its status in the app.
